I'm happy to see you followed your instincts. I'm wondering if you wouldn't be better off adopting from a rescue. Your new Yorkie will be fully vetted and there will be no unknowns. The price is very reasonable as you are just helping to cover expenses. You are not putting money in anybody's pocket. PM me if you would like help finding a rescue in your area.
