I have mostly just taken mine to pet expos but never has anyone ever said anything negative. Callie is a teapot but it still scared me to have her on the ground in really crowded places because of her getting stepped on plus she would get nervous and do the mommy pick me up thing and 16 pounds is way to heavy to carry for a few hours so we got a stroller and she LOVES it she can reach peoples hands and get face to face with bigger dogs. We are on our second or third stroller due to the first one being a cheap one that broke fast and the second one pretty much the same thing and this one is last a lot longer and it rocks it fits Callie and my moms teapot with extra room and we havent had any problems with it.
