Jack used to throw a fit when I pretended to hit someone like my wife, his mama. She'd say "ouch" and Jack would bark, bark, bark at me in her defense. He'd do the same thing if she pretended to hit me. But my current pack could care less. I think it's because they know it's a joke. But it makes me wonder why Jack did it. He was a rescue, had he seen some violence in his day? Or can any dog do this?
