No where did they imply they are AKC - just that they register with it...isn't that something the average buyer would want to know - I doubt anyone would confuse their statement of fact as being the official website of AKC |
They used the AKC logo...that is a not premitted...much like the image of Mickey Mouse..you can not decide to sell tee shirts on the internet with Mickey face on it, excactly they way Disney uses it....of course you may say your pups are AKC...
