I haven't seen the commercial, so I can't comment on it. I would say most infomercials are very misleading, I know first hand! Concerning the hypodermic needle, are you sure that they weren't saying that the vet needs to put the dog to sleep to do a dental? Puts to sleep in that case means the vet uses anesthesia.
