Opinion:
No dog needs that much protein and it is not what I would choose to feed. The experts in the field (veterinary nutritionists) tend to believe foods so high in protein aren't worth the money.
As long as there are no underlying liver or kidney issues, your pup will almost certainly do okay with this food (not taking into account the small differecne between what works GI-wise for some dogs and not others). Definitely not my choice though. |
