I am very confused how they work. Are the clinics every saturday? or just once and then you just run on the practice days? I am trying to get someone at our local Running Room to explain it to me, but there seems to be a lack of communication! I missed the first clinic which was yesterday as we were driving back from holidays. so they said I can come the following saturday- like it will be the exact same clinic- can anyone explain to me how it works?
