I'd be concerned about anything that could be icky from anyone else prior when moving someone new...worm eggs in grass waiting to infect my dogs, children and myself, fleas, bed bugs...I'm all parasite and diese paranoid, and I'd have a professional steam cleaning, painting, and pest control come in prior to actually moving in anywhere. Glad someone thinks like I do. Trust me, I plan on getting professional steam cleaning, treating the grass, to treating the backyard! To me it is worth it.
