yup! and she also needs an id name tag or ill get fined too! the mailman lost mine! so ill probably get it next week.... its strange that they havent moved to microchipping but dont worry coco will get chipped d uring her surgery
but ugggh so many puppies want to have puppy dates with her and she won't be able to until mid april.
i guess the good part will be that at least it'll be nicer out hehe!
