yes, yorkie's were bred to be ratters...really i'm not getting your point..??? GSD's were bred to herd, is that the only reason you love yours?
as for poop eating, my dog did pull a couple of fast ones on me outside, luckily she was just at the end of her leash and i could quickly intervene, i then made a point to tell her it was "ockey", she quickly got the hint. but you'll see here there are two points to this story..."she was at the end of her leash"....you have to keep a puppy in sight at all times, idk how many times i have read this! if a puppy poops, eats it, rubs in it, rubs it on everything ALL of the time, how much is this puppy being supervised?
as for training her, that's just it, train her! don't know how much i have read, watched, seen, heard on that topic all over the place....and i specifically remember reading that yorkies as well as all toy breeds are harder to potty train....so i had to decide if the pros outweighed the cons
prior to my
commitment to my pup. of course they did!
i'm glad the pup is back where she can be cared for and find an appropriate home. though it would've been easier to come to YT in the first place to find support/help as
it's primary function is to ultimately educate yorkie lovers not selling pups.
hope this whole thread can educate us all in one sense or another.
