It is not a nice or mean situation. Some ppl let their passion get the best of them, some forget that a little tact goes a long way, and some just dislike you for any perceived offense
I've been on the brunt end before so take it with a grain of salt and you learn.
Don't reply. Let it go and move on with your GSD. Don't respond to any of the bait and just be happy that you are fine, the dog is fine, and in the end all is well.
I would also suggest that you PM a moderator to close the thread and just delete your account as well. Negativity just breeds more negative.
