Never had a problem....my pups are properly trained....but, then any dog owner knows to look down when walking if dogs are around.....2 reasons.....one you might step on a pup or if dogs aren't trained and confined well then you suffer the consequences.
You're right you aren't right for a yorkie and more suited to outside dogs.....
