Default Thank you all for your caring and a WARNING

First I am very happy that things finally got straightened out with this pup, and she is home and secure once more.
I would like to thank everyone for their caring and good wishes.

I won't go into he said/she said, and all the in's and out's of which I'm only partially aware of.

For future purchases of Yorkies from reputable breeders, most if not all good breeders will have a clause in their contract that stipulates the return of the puppy to them or at the minimum requires that they approve a future rehoming. This is a clause that is taken very seriously indeed by breeders. While I can see many purchasers brushing over the contract it is your responsibility to learn the details of said contract, and preferably prior to signing on the dotted line.

For potential buyers of "rehomed" Yorkies, especially those being sold by private parties, I would hope that you would ask a) who the breeder is and b) find out if they have the right to rehome this puppy to you. It is within your right to ask to see "proof" of this right to rehome, by seeing the contract or the agreement to purchase/sell. If the contract is "misplaced or lost", simply contact the breeder to chec k with them
