So, I suppose that even in my situation, their "outside" activities are
monitored.
My boys are larger, so I don't fear the birds of prey carrying them off, however, the hawks, owls, and vultures can maim or kill trying. We had a black vulture circling low over our heads on our walk yesterday. Even Teddy was looking up and wanted to run. Best to be cautious.
