I have had some attacks like that.. not every year thank goodness!!
In my case it is a flowering tree in our area, it has a flower that my girls used to pick and give to me
one day they gave to me in the car and I guess the contact and confined area intensified the attack.
The only thing I can add to the advice already given is take heart burn medication.. the anti histamines can cause horrible heart burn.
