The one she has now is a different style, it wraps around her belly and clips on her back and I dont really like it, it's a real pain to put on!

The one shown in the link here is what I have in diff color but if you look at it you can see that it adjusts in 3 places. The strap that goes between the legs can be shortened to pull the chest strap down off the neck properly.
