Nope. That would be overvaccinating and can lead to potentially serious health problems over time. She does need a final distemper/parvo at 16 weeks or after (and shouldn't be around other dogs with unknown history until 1-2 weeks after that), but too many round were given already. They either started too early or gave the combo too often or both.
There is a major push in the US to give less vaccines in hopes of avoiding possible issues later (immune mediated diseases for instance).
