I usually get it on my face, neck and arms, its horrible, and usually i get mine in the summer its also extremely embarrassing when people ask what it is.. the doctor usually prescribes Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream, USP 0.05% (Augmented)*
it really does help!!
and keeping that area dry and clean!!
