That looks exactly like a Puppia pretty much... how is this one not as high up on the neck?
Anyways, I love Puppia for the most part. I'm still searching for that 'perfect' harness but I always end up going back to Puppia. Jackson is a bigger boy at 16lbs but it's all my friends Yorkies wear (4lbs and 6lbs) and they have no coughing/gagging troubles.
But Buddy Belts are great and I'd recommend them! They just didn't fit Jackson properly. Another cheaper but similar option is the leather 'ChokeFree' harness.
