I had the puppia also and I wrote the company the same thing. That harness made my Zada cough and choke so bad on the way to the Vet. three years ago, that by the time I got there she was in bad shape. She has never recovered.
I have always had step in harnesses ever since for all the girls. I get them from Chattiesmom and I have the Buddy Belts. Love them!!
