I'm willing to try your suggestion. When you say "red meat", is it "cooked" or "raw". Would it be OK to boil ground beef (97/3)? Do you cook the frozen-type green beans, broccoli and carrots? or are they used in their raw state and mixed in with the red meat?

I just figured it was due to allergies because of the very high winds and extremely high pollen count lately.
