I did try to return her first. And for the record, once again, there is no breach of contract -- there is nothing in there regarding returning the puppy except within the first 3 days.
And we are doing everything responsibly and have been in contact with the breeder the whole time. This is nonsense. The dog was never in any danger either.
If you read the thread: We were originally offered the money back then the breeder changed their mind last minute and said they have to find a buyer first. So we tried to help them find a buyer. THAT IS ALL. Relax. No crime has been committed and the dog is SAFE and being taken back by the breeder TONIGHT. Take it easy please... you guys are making a big deal out of absolutely nothing. We are sure its a great dog and it can make a great pet for someone else and I have no hard feelings towards the breeders, they SHOULD care this much about their dogs. BUT... the problem is with the false accusations and name calling going on here by people that don't know even half the story. Its quite ridiculous. I'm glad some people are more mature here... but some... should get a life..
