I used to feed Orijen puppy and after Mocha got older switched to Orijen Adult Dog. A while back I was bathing him too often (every 5 days) and he had dry, flaky skin. I switched to oatmeal shampoo and started mixing in Orijen 6 Fish with the Orijen Adult Dog. He loves it so much that I continue to do that now even though he no longer has skin problem.
The Orijen Regional Red is is like the Blue Buffalo Wilderness. I spoke with a BB rep at the pet fair and he said they are okay for active small dogs only. I was told my baby should be fine with it since he runs with me every other day. However, just to be safe I opted for the Orijen Adult instead. Hope this helps.
