Default Need help Please!

My pups are 22 days old today. They have been in the whelping box but had started pulling themselves up and over the sides and getting stuck outside so I took some advice on YT and cut a door in the side of the whelping box. The puppies are all walking, their eyes are open and when they have to pee they go outside their whelping box and on the peepee pads (sometimes they miss but they are always close). They have allso started pooping. They are interacting with each other and playing and starting to make barking sounds. I have a soft pad in there for mom to sleep on when she didn't want in the box and the puppies have now claimed this for their own. Mom is still eating 4-5 times per day and free feeding BUT she doesn't seem to want to nurse very often. Is all of this normal? I want to be prepared to start weaning them and from what I have read some start 3-4 weeks and some start 4-5 weeks and there is a variety of what to start feeding. Sorry for the long post I just want to make sure I have healthy babies. (By the way, this was not a planned breeding - Mom was pregnant when I got her) Thanks for any help!! ..shelley
