My fantastic, hard-working DH and his wonderful job, especially in these times. The fact that I'm able to go back to school at a decent age. My family is healthy and my kids are smart cookies.
And finally, my favorite pair of Vera Bradley frames were on sale at my eye dr the other day and I didn't pay a cent for them. LOL
