Hey to you too neighbor!

Schooby, it preheats pretty slowly actually. Whether I'm using convection or not. The whirlpool kid (he sounded younger than me and I'm 25...lol) kept saying "Oh good that means it's at the right temp"...no, it's still below 100 degrees and clicking off literally every 5-10 seconds! The only convection oven I've ever used before this was a giant commercial one at our church. The fan in that one stayed on the entire time.

I swear, every time I make a big purchase, SOMETHING inevitably goes wrong! lol. I knew it would happen too!
