Cold and shivers can be from a fever, and so can the achiness. When I have a fever, the skin on my arms and legs kind of tingles and they are almost painful to touch...really hypersensitive. That is EXACTLY how I feel when I get a stomach bug!
Are you still getting sick? I would take tomorrow off if you can...you might not be physically ill in the morning but you sure wont feel like doing anything more than getting up to use the bathroom! I hope you feel better soon!
