My heart really goes out to those poor people. It is so darn sad. Something about the pets pulls at my heart too, in addition to seeing the people who have lost everything. Diane Sawyer in one broadcast turned and was dismayed by a dead dog laying on the ground. In a couple different reports on people in shelters, one woman had a cat on a harness and leash and another person had a rabbit in a little carrier. But something about this video really got me, these dogs are so touching
