You're very pretty and your face shape allows you to wear many different hairstyles. I've always thought that too long of hair is less noticeable, then shorter hair. With extra long hair, girls often push it back behind their shoulders, and so you don't really see much hair. Of course, elbow length sounds really long to me. Do you have a really good hairstylist? I really think that can make such a difference in selecting the right hairstyle, they can look at your hair texture, and know if layers will work for you. What you describe sounds very pretty.
