The two sizes are a pretty big difference between them. It sucks because he's all like allll the way tightened on the 6 but he's all the way loosened on a 5. The 6 just seems too big for him, when he walks the leg holes kind of "pop out" if that makes sense... I can see that it's not fit very snug around his body but if I move up a hole, then it's TOO tight. Odd thing is too that the 6 is actually softer than the 5 (I know it takes some breaking in anyways but I thought it was odd that the 5 was a harder leather).

As much as I love how it looks on him... it just seems not to fit his body type right. I dunno, I'm still gonna decide... but I can't stand how the 6 has that bulkiness thing on top from the d-ring, that just annoys me LOL and it just doesn't seem like it'd be comfy for him (he sleeps on his back and rolls over alot) so to have that big ole' thing on his back can't feel good.
