I don't know any of the particulars in this case, I just want to point out a misconception. Your first statement, "Because Benjamin is a champion, it's safe to assume he's is healthy and a good representation of the Yorkie breed." I think one can only assume that they are a good representative of the Yorkie breed, not every breeder is doing the health testing, and some champs have serious health problems. YTCA is trying to encourage more breeders to do the CHIC testing and this is certainly a step in the right direction, I know most of us want a healthy puppy first!
