There was an update on the local news this morning. More than 3,000 requests have come in wanting to give this little guy a home (he is so CUTE in the video). He has not been placed yet - they're being very careful in finding him just the right home.
He even got to fly to NYT to show is cute self on Good Morning America.
The local shelter has received donations from all around the country since his story broke. It's a shame it takes stories like this to raise awareness in this country.
