www.capitol.state.tx.us and search legislation for HB1451. This is the proposed Texas puppy mill bill. It hasn't been voted on yet, just introduced, and there was a committee hearing on it this week. If you are a Texan, call or write your state representative (you can find contact information at the above website) and ask him/her to support HB1451.
