I'm so glad you came back and gave us another chance. Ann is the best moderator there is so please try to forgive her very first mistake.
Please, please do post often!! You sound like you're going to be a great yorkie parent - you're asking good questions and you're really listening to the answers. I think you're going to have a lot to contribute to YT!
My one peice of advice for you is to listen to your instincts. If you're already uncomfortable with this breeder there's probably a reason why. Try doing a little more searching for a reputable breeder in your area before choosing your new yorkie. I promise you the wait will be worth it for a perfect healthy little pup.
