I am so sorry you got crappie gifts, I get those from cousins, and such(granny panties!
)..I bought for my godkids, and my aunts...I gave my mom money, and she was VERY Happy with that!
This year I didn't get any cheap gifts, I got a gift card to walmart, and petsmart, Bath and Body works candles, bath salts, and body butter. Several DVDs, and a Genuine Louis Vuitton wallet( now only if I can talk them into getting me that LV carrier) Those gifts came from both my aunt's who when I gave them their gifts told me, they wasn't expecting anything...they thought all money was going to pay for Monte...I told them that I have that taken care of
... I had a beautiful day, I knew I was getting gift cards, but oh my gosh...I didn't expect all of that, I was truly overwhelmed!
