I just recently learned about this, and it really upsets me that people cannot see the importance of giving breeders the right to limit registration. Not everyone is suitable for breeding, and it's so important to learn how to do this properly. Is there absolutely no protection for breeders and their dogs? Are many spaying and neutering before placement? People make such a huge deal out of docking and yet they don't see the importance of protecting our dogs from being bred indiscriminately.
