Absolutely. It amazes me that so many are stuck on the docking thing and that we should follow in the steps of the European.....Europeans do not test and of course there is the factor that once a dog is sold there is no control....so, their lines are in the hands of the unscrupulous. Oh! and their is the other little thing is that they hold "Stud Auctions", how about that one.
