There is also a difference of European law and USA law when selling a pup. European's do not have control once a pup leaves it's possession. There is no limited or full registration....only full registration and the buyer has control.
And this is one of the reasons a few top breeders have now regretted selling outside the US...their lines are in the hands of breeders they would never deal with given the option...
