I think rather than worrying about the way the puppies will look, you should be concentrating on getting ready for the puppies. Keeping mom healthy, and stocking up on supplies that you will need to get through the pregnancy and birthing, and through the first 14 weeks of these puppies lives.
Find a great vet with experience with small dogs and pregnancys in them. Try to find a small dog breeder who can help you through this. So many things can go wrong and you need to be prepared for it.
Has the RSPCA been made aware that not only did they adopt out an unneutered/spayed animal, but that it is already pregnant? Pretty sure that if the pet is unable to be fixed prior to being adopted (med reasons, too small, too young, etc) that there is something in the adoption form you fill out agreeing to have the pet spayed/neutered when possible. If there were medical reasons for not having her spayed you need to take her to the vet ASAP, those problems don't just go away and could be made worse with puppies on the way.
