Hi all forum members!!! I am new here and have a problem with our new yorkie. We adopted him about 6 months ago and were told he was about 3 years old. He didnt look too good when we got him and think he may have been neglected.....he only weighed 3.8 lbs. Immediately took him to the vet for checkup and was told by vet everything was ok. Took a while for us to get him potty trained and to compound things he got 2 bladder infections. He was also marking inside quite a bit so we had him fixed. He is really good now and is potty trained and never goes inside!!! The problem that we are having with him now is that he is constantly sniffing his rear end...almost compulsively to the point it looks like he is uncomfortable. This seems to have started after we got him fixed. We have had his anal glands expressed several times by the groomer and it doesnt help. WHATS UP WITH HIM CONSTANTLY SNIFFING HIS REAR END???? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
