I do think it's nice to be able to have a dog loving their food, I enjoy to see Jackson ENJOYING his food. But at the same time... my young sister would eat McDonald's very enthusiastically over broccoli. Does that mean that's the best food for her... just because she eats it better, and likes it better? Of course not. At some point, we have to step up and be a parent (to both doggies and children) and say "no, you're going to eat what I put in front of you..."

With that said, this Purina looks much better than some of their other formulas for sure. It's something I still would never feed on a daily basis but at least they are stepping up their game a LITTLE bit. Jackson loves when he gets into my family members dogs Kibbles and Bits, Purina, etc. They put some kind of sugar, or something (I forget what exactly it is) on their food to make it enticing to the dog... I call it doggy crack, LOL. It's hard to get a dog onto better foods once they've eaten that stuff. I let Jackson have a little bit of it every now and then, like when we visit my grandma's house and her dog eats it... I look at it like a little treat.
