I would also feel a bit guilty if I thought Ellie hated her food, but really changing so much may not be a good idea. He is being exposed to a ton of protein sources this way which may prove to be a problem later. There is also the issue of you're the owner and what you put down for him to eat is what he needs to eat. Just think one day he may need an rx diet (so common). There will be little choice. He'll have to eat what you put in front of him. Might as well get used to the idea of eating what you put down for him now.

I think trying a couple foods is usually fine. Constantly trying to find something that the pup loves isn't.
