I live in Atlanta and use North Hills Animal Hosptial in Chamblee. They are a small practice but very reasonable on their prices. It's right off of 285 and Chamblee-Tucker Rd. 770-451-6740.

I not sure how much it would cost you but I would call them to get an exact quote.
