BTW Polk County are going to be performing "rescue inspections", they are contacting the rescue groups in Polk County and getting a list of their foster homes and check them out to verify all dogs in the home are vaccinated, well cared for and not living in poor conditions. They will check for safe structure, access to fresh food and water, the absence of bugs, and well groomed/clean pets. They are not checking for housekeeping, except to make sure the house is not filled with dirt and filth.
I wish Brevard county would do the same.
Oh, that is GREAT!!! I wish it were done everywhere.
