Do a lot of reading on here and talk to your vet...you do have a vet right? If not that's step one there...
The vet can prepare you based on your dog's individual situation more than random people on an internet forum...not that people here aren't knowledgeable and helpful (you received great advice in all the threads you started on this topic) but if they are not there, well an internet forum doesn't replace hands on qualified advisement in RL. People here can share and educate but that's not a suitable substitution for it all (IMO).
