I've never seen those either. I would be interested to see if it really works.

It's a great idea though. It seems like it would work if you think about it. I could see the dog struggling at first but then calming down and relaxing because of the way it holds them. Don't most people carry or hold their dogs in a similar fashion with their feet dangling?
