Also, the 1st amendment actually protects the people from the government from censoring what we say. You can't just flap your mouth and claim 1st amendment protection. So when someone says something completely idiotic or totally off and they claim 1st amendment, not only are they being an a-hole they also don't know what they heck they are talking about. |
