If your pup is black and gold right now then chances are quite high she is not blue born. The blue born pups are born battleship gray and turn brownish in color and sometimes look chocolate colored. Some may be gray but not the true blue color of a yorkie. That does not mean she does not have CDA it just means I do not believe she is blue born.
