Lucy is my first female dog. Both my males bounced back rather quickly from being neutered; but she took quite a lot longer to bounce back from her spay.
She was pretty quiet for 4-5 days. She ate and drank and all - but not much playing or running around.
If you are concerned, then I would call the vet and see if they want to see her sooner than Friday.
