Semantics matter, especially in terms of mixed breeds. The dog is not a Yorkie. It's a Maltese-Pom-Yorkie mix. Call it hybrid, designer or mutt, but it's not a white yorkie. I'm pretty sure the YTCA, AMA, or Pomeranian Clubs would not think, although it's cute, that it does anything to improve any of the the breeds.
With thousands of mixes (and PB's) being put down daily in shelters across North America, it doesn't make sense for anyone to purposely add more mixes to the pet overpopulation.

Super dog, maybe. I hope her new owners love her to bits and spay her asap. But one of a kind she's not. Take a look at any shelter and you will find quite a few more just like her.
